Is my payment secure?

Yes, all payments are processed by Stripe which uses secure payment processing and does not store your card details.

How do I use these ski passes?

Once you ski passes arrive you can download the Alto.Ski app and use them in any Alto.Ski support ski resort.

Can I use these in non Alto.Ski resorts?

The ski passes are designed to be used in Alto.Ski supported resorts with the Alto.Ski app. However, you can also use the ski passes in most other resorts by taking them to the ticket office and asking the staff to load your ski ticket onto it, like a normal ski pass.

How long will the ski passes take to arrive?

It depends on your location. We dispatch from both the UK and Italy by first class post, but please allow a few days for them to arrive.

I’m already in the resort or just about to arrive, how can I get a skipass?

We have partner hotels in all Alto.Ski resorts and you can also pick up from selected ski schools and ski hire shops too. For more information, just find your resort in the Resorts section of our website and scroll till you see the partners section.
